These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and SSL App ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the SSL App mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use in organizing and managing local football matches.

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, icons, and images) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you create within the App (team information, match data, photos, etc.). Since all data is stored locally on your device, you maintain complete control over this content. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.
The SSL App name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SSL App. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You acknowledge that the App is a tool for organizing football matches and does not provide sports training, medical advice, or safety guidance. Participation in football and sports activities carries inherent risks of injury. You assume all responsibility and risk for your participation in any sports activities organized using the App.

The App is available worldwide. However, we make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in all locations. If you access or use the App from outside your jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent.
